Latest News Philippines: Heart, Chiz have no wedding plans yet – Journal.com.ph:
WOW, Ian F., you should have been at the birthday party ni Tita Midz (Armida Siguion Reyna to you and me), na ginanap sa White Space, a party place in Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati.
Well, you would have been witness to how happily everyone welcome Senator Chiz Escudero, looking younger than 43, when he arrived hand in hand with his girlfriend, young actress Heart Evangelista, pretty and sexy in her black outfit.
Heart, too, looks every inch a woman in love at 27.
We have had the chance na makita at makasalamuha si Senator Chiz in previous events, mostly may kinalaman sa showbiz, siyempre. But he was not in his element the way he was that night.
Wow, ha, like Heart, bineso-beso niya bawat babaing pamilyar o kakilala niya. Kabilang na kami doon.
In the case of Heart, it’s not surprising if she is close to us, as we have known her way back when she was just starting her showbiz career in ABS-CBN and Star Cinema.
Right now, she is a talent of GMA 7.
By the way, we asked Heart if she would be visible during the campaign para suportahan si Senator Chiz in his bid for another term bilang senator.
Isang simpleng ngiti lang ang pinakawalan ni Heart.
Do we hear wedding bells? Again, we asked Heart.
“Naku, hindi pa ho,” ang maliksi niyang tugon.

Isa pang Senador na nagbigay-pugay kay Tita Midz ay ang kanyang elder brother na si Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile.
He came with wife, Cristina.
The two got of them were seated at the table reserved for Tita Midz and her very important guests, who also included former President Joseph Estrada and Vice President Jojo Binay’s wife, Dra. Elenita Binay, dating mayor ng Makati.
Earlier, we saw President Erap shared a table with wife, former Senator Loi Estrada, daughter Jackie and her husband Beaver Lopez.
Ang pinakamasayang table na puwedeng ituring was the one where we were seated.
Asked if they have another assignments waiting for them, anila, magpapahinga muna sila sandali before they would consider another offer.
Both Susan and Helen had with them their respective talent managers in the same table, Shirley Kuan (Helen) and Dolor Guevarra (Susan).
A little later, Dawn Zulueta, whom everyone still refer to as Emily, the character Dawn played in Walang Hanggan, arrived with husband, Davao Congressman Anton Lagdameo.
Like Susan and Helen, we asked Dawn kung may next project na siya.
Sagot ni Dawn, may kasalukuyang offer daw sa kanya ang ABS-CBN, but she begged off daw, as she wants to help her husband sa pangangampanya nito for a third term as Davao congressman.

We happened to be seated next to Mother Lily, na nagniningning sa naggagandahan niyang suot na alahas. Mga genuine, ha.
Mother Lily told us she is leaving on November 17 with daughter, Meme, and Meme’s husband, for a tour in Australia and New Zealand.
For the Metro Manilas Filmfest this year, she has only one entry, the 14th sequel to Shake, Rattle and Roll, where she said she tapped ace director Chito Roño to direct it.
“Next year ako magiging very active as a movie producer,” ani Mother Lily. “For one, my first venture for 2013 is a film which will serve as the comeback movie of Direk Peque Gallaga.”
Direk Peque was the first director of the first Shake, Rattle and Roll.
For a time, he turned his back in showbiz and concentrated on teaching filmmaking at a university in Bacolod City.
Foremost, too, among Mother Lily’s plan for 2013 is to go all out in support of Grace Poe Llmanzares, who is running for senator in the coming election.
“’Di lang dahil anak siya ni Fernando Poe Jr. at Susan Roces, two icons of showbiz na hinahangaan at iginagalang ko, kung hindi dahil mahal ko si Grace bilang inaanak ko sa binyag at kasal.
“At alam ko ring magiging magaling at honest siyang Senador,” wika pa niya.
